The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses anime based on the rom-com manga by Koume Fujichika will debut this year.
The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses (Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta), a manga by Koume Fujichika, will receive a television anime adaptation this year, Square Enix announced on Friday, along with a tentative launch date of some time in 2023. The series is being managed by Koume Fujichika for Square Enix's Monthly Gangan Joker publication.

The two major characters are holding a white board with the words announcing the anime adaptation and the premiere date on it, with the protagonist Kaede Komura (left) and the glasses-wearing girl Ai Mie (right) without her spectacles.
Out of 50 nominations, the manga placed 12th in the print category of the Next Manga Awards in 2019.
